What we need from you:

n

n
- Solid experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer or similar
n
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML models and solutions from experimentation/POC through to production.
n
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch and Transformer-based models.
n
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs and classical machine learning.
n
- Experience developing Computer Vision models, including CNNs and/or VLMs.
n
- Robust understanding of MLOps and DevOps practices, including experiment tracking and tools such as MLflow.
n
- Experience working with commercial cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
n
- Relevant ICT qualifications and/or industry certifications.
n

What you'll do:

n

n
- Design, develop, evaluate and deploy machine learning and AI solutions.
n
- Take AI/ML initiatives from Proof of Concept through production and operational use.
n




- Develop and maintain production ML capabilities within a multidisciplinary team.
n
- Apply NLP, Transformer models, Computer Vision and classical ML techniques to solve business problems.
n
- Implement and support MLOps practices, including experiment tracking, evaluation, monitoring and operationalisation.
n
- Deliver AI and automation solutions using AWS and other cloud platforms.
n
- Contribute to AWS serverless application delivery, with AWS CDK experience highly desirable.
n
- Prepare PoC reports, technical documentation, evaluation papers and recommendations.
n
- Support knowledge transfer to internal personnel and contribute to improving organisational AI capability.
n
