About The Role
n
Join our Residential Communities & Home Building Business Unit in NSW. You will produce high-quality architectural renders, visualisations, and marketing imagery. Your work will directly communicate design intent and support business development, client presentations, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Create high-quality interior and exterior architectural visualisations.
n
- Develop detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, BIM models, and design sketches.
n
- Produce photorealistic renderings and animations for marketing and client presentations.
n
- Enhance and composite rendered images using advanced post-production techniques.
n
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and the marketing team to align assets with project objectives and branding standards.
n
- Manage project deadlines and multiple visualisation tasks simultaneously.
n
- Maintain visual quality, consistency,
and accuracy throughout all project stages.
n
- Manage and respond to all internal and external queries professionally.
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
- Proven experience as an Architectural Visualiser, 3D Artist, or a similar creative role.
n
- Solid portfolio demonstrating high-end, photorealistic architectural renderings.
n
- Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and visual storytelling.
n
- Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and design concepts accurately.
n
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to work within strict project deadlines.
n
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
n

Required Software Skills
n
n
- 3D Modelling: Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp
n
- Rendering: Chaos V-Ray, Chaos Corona Renderer
n
- Post-Production/Compositing: Adobe Photoshop
n
- ArchiCAD: Some knowledge of would be beneficial
