An outstanding opportunity exists for an ambitious and high-calibre finance qualified to step into a senior leadership role with the Australian division of a global healthcare organisation. Operating a growing network of sites across Australia, the business has established a solid market position and continues to expand through a disciplined acquisition strategy focused on high-quality assets and long-term value creation.

Reporting jointly to the Australian Managing Director and Global Group Finance leadership, the General Manager Finance will play a pivotal role in further developing the Australian finance function and strengthening the quality of month end reporting, planning and commercial decision-making. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to shape the next stage of the finance function and make a meaningful contribution to the broader business.

The role will combine strategic thinking with a willingness to get into the detail, contributing directly across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, Board reporting and performance analysis.



A key focus will be enhancing finance processes, optimising systems and improving the quality and accessibility of financial and operational data to support better decision-making and continued growth.

The ideal candidate will be a finance leader with strong technical foundations, commercial acumen and the ambition to take on broader responsibility. Experience within a multi-site healthcare (clinics), QSR or service-based environment would be highly valued, together with the ability to work effectively with business owners, franchisees or other entrepreneurial stakeholders. Importantly, this is an opportunity for someone with energy, curiosity and a desire to grow their career, who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
