Divine Nursing Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the community team.
You will deliver person-centred nursing care in clients' homes and community settings, including education and ongoing clinical support.
Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning, wound care, catheter management, PEG feeding and liaison with GPs and the multidisciplinary team.
Solid communication and documentation skills are essential.
