About the Role

n

As a Recruitment Manager, you'll lead by example in a 360° recruitment capacity, combining your own recruitment and business development expertise with the chance to coach, develop and elevate a team.

n

You'll play a key role in building a strong team culture, driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Recruitment Consultants
n




- Driving business development and strengthening client partnerships
n
- Managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates
n
- Supporting consultants to achieve and exceed their recruitment and revenue targets
n
- Setting performance expectations and creating a high-performing team culture
n
- Sharing best practice, developing capability and fostering collaboration
n
- Contributing to the strategic growth and development of the Brisbane business

- Proven success in 360° recruitment with a strong track record of delivery and business development
n
- Previous leadership experience, or a strong desire to take the next step into people management
n
- A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for developing people

- Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills
