National Indigenous Training Academy (NITA) based at Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Youth Worker to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT. You will support trainees with their wellbeing, help create a sense of home, and mentor them during their 12-month traineeship.
The role emphasises culturally protected activities, practical support, and maintaining residential facilities. A Cert III Community Services or Cert III Youth Work is required, plus a Working with Vulnerable People check.
