Job Description

Tandem Partners Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to lead site-based HR activities in a large, industrial operation. You will work within an EBA and unionised setting, shaping people, culture and capability outcomes across a sizeable workforce.

You will manage a small HR team and drive leadership development, employee engagement, workforce planning and remuneration programs while aligning with site operations and strategic HR leadership.
