Delaware North Australia is seeking a casual Kitchen Steward to join Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. You will maintain cleanliness across all food and beverage areas, set up and explicit buffets and functions, and assist with service.
Successful candidates will have prior kitchen experience, a Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain), knowledge of HACCP and WH&S; standards, and flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
