Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service is seeking a Clinical Director with senior medical leadership experience to drive development of Youth Mental Health services across Victoria. The role combines strategic leadership with clinical practice oversight and a 0.5 FTE Consultant Psychiatrist position.

The successful candidate will shape service delivery, workforce planning and governance, while championing trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate care for young people aged 12–25
