Laminex Australia seeks an experienced Distribution Centre Leader to manage the Welshpool site in Perth, overseeing 34 full time staff at the main centre and a satellite hub in Dardanup with 3 staff. You will drive safe, efficient daily operations, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement strategies across the distribution network.

You’ll lead inventory processes, champion a customer-centric DIFOT culture, and work with Sales and Procurement to optimise the supply chain.
