Microba is hiring a Laboratory Director (Director of Laboratory Services)
Lead our NATA/ISO 15189 accredited diagnostic laboratory as we scale. An executive role reporting to the CEO, with a clear mandate over production, quality and regulatory decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Operational leadership of our diagnostic laboratory as we scale.
- Our NATA/ISO 15189 accreditation and ISO 13485 certification.
- Laboratory technology upgrades, systems integration, and commercialisation of recent tests.
What you will bring
- A PhD or Fellowship relevant to diagnostic or molecular microbiology, plus at least 5 years’ relevant laboratory experience.
- Experience leading a NATA/ISO 15189 accredited laboratory at volume, and strong people leadership. CAP accreditation experience advantageous.
