HEST A is seeking a Senior Manager - Compliance Framework & Operations to drive embedment of the compliance strategy across the organisation and lead three critical teams. You’ll report to the General Manager Compliance and champion compliance by design with technology-enabled oversight.

You will architect fund-wide compliance, own the Compliance and Privacy Frameworks, and guide strategic initiatives that improve reporting to executives and the Board.
