About the Role

As the Manager | Property Management & Leasing, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and developing the Property Management and Leasing team
- Optimising portfolio performance across vacancy, arrears, leasing and maintenance metrics
- Driving leasing strategies that improve occupancy and customer outcomesDelivering exceptional service experiences for owners, investors and tenants




- Implementing service improvements through customer insights and feedback
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance
- Identifying efficiency opportunities and scalable operational improvements
- Leading compliance, governance and risk management initiatives

About You

You'll be a highly capable property management professional who thrives on leadership, continuous improvement and delivering results.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Full Queensland Real Estate Licence
- Diploma of Property [Agency Management] or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice QLD
- 7+ years Property Management / Leasing experience
- 3+ years leadership experience managing leaders of senior staff
- Solid working knowledge of Residential Tenancies legislation
