About the Role

As a Production Team Leader, you'll take the lead in managing the early stages of our doughnut-making process-preparing, mixing, and baking our iconic products to perfection. You'll guide your team through each stage of production, ensuring every batch is consistent, on time, and up to Krispy Kreme's high standards.

n

Working closely with the Manufacturing Manager, you'll support daily operations, help develop your team, and create a positive, high-performing environment where everyone can succeed.

What You'll Be Getting Up To

- Leading from the front to deliver daily production targets safely and efficiently
n
- Ensuring every doughnut meets Krispy Kreme's quality and presentation standards before it leaves the floor
n
- Planning workflows, organising staffing, and keeping shifts running like clockwork
n
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing Team Members to grow their skills and confidence
n
- Creating a safe, clean environment that meets WHS and food safety standards
n
- Monitoring team performance, providing real-time feedback,



and escalating where needed
n
- Supporting team engagement by running shift briefings and fostering strong communication
n
