About the role

n

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) Functional Consultant with 12+ years of SAP implementation experience to drive digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing organizations.

n

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning, Manufacturing, MRP, Capacity Planning, and integration with other SAP modules. The consultant will lead business process design, solution architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

Location: Australia/ New Zealand (Preferable Auckland)

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Functional Consulting & Solution Design
n
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PP implementation projects, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Rollout engagements.
n
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops with manufacturing stakeholders.
n
- Analyze current business processes and design SAP S/4HANA PP solutions aligned with industry best practices.
n
- Configure and optimize production planning processes.
n
- Lead blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover, deployment, and hyper care activities.
n
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments and interfaces.
n
- Support RICEFW object development and testing.
n
- Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
n




- Manage data migration activities related to PP master and transactional data.
n

Qualification

n

n
- 12+ years of SAP PP consulting experience.
n
- Strong expertise in manufacturing and production planning processes.
n
- At least 2-3 SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects.
n
- Strong integration knowledge of integration with Logistics, procurement, inventory management, sales, controlling & plant maintenance.
n
- Nice to have exposure to Plant Maintenance process implementation.
n
- Experience in SAP FIORI applications
n
- SAP S/4HANA Production Planning certification preferred.
