AMA Collision Burleigh Heads, part of the AMA Group, is seeking a passionate Customer Service Officer to join our team on a permanent, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week schedule.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will deliver frontline service, keep clients informed about repairs, and manage calls and emails with professionalism. You will also support inventory and liaise with insurers, contributing to a cooperative, growth-oriented workplace.
