Queensland Corrective Services is seeking a Service Delivery Support Officer within the Custodial Operation Division to manage scheduling and coordination of all courses and prisoner services for the Correctional Centre, including classroom and educational facilities.
You will establish communication links between the centre, service providers and probation/parole services; monitor data to identify appropriate service allocations and prepare performance reports.
