About The Role:n
The team are looking for a Senior Manager with strong tax technical knowledge to join the wider Brisbane Private Enterprise team in a Tax Advisory role, bringing both their technical expertise and strong client focus to the team. You will be working directly with a highly accomplished and well-known Tax Partner. The team supports business leaders throughout the entire business lifecycle, from managing day-to-day operations, tax and compliance, through to navigating an increasingly competitive landscape and planning for an eventual exit strategy.
Responsibilities:n

- Manage a portfolio consisting of a variety of large privately-owned businesses and their owners,
as well as collaboration with other teams across the firm nationally
n
- Build close working relationships with clients, offering proactive, practical solutions to the various challenges faced by them
n
- Develop and implement commercial structures to assist clients in achieving their business and personal goals
n
- Engage in business development activities in order to enhance your portfolio and build the specialisation that you wish to develop
n
Requirements:n n
- Currently working within a professional services firm in Australia, with full working rights in Australia
n
- Qualification(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance, or other relevant professional or overseas qualifications
n
- CA / CPA qualified, or other relevant industry accreditations
n
- Strong Australian tax technical knowledge and experience
n
- Diverse business advisory experience (including private business and high-net worth clients), leading the delivery of high-quality and robust strategic projects
