DEECA (Department of Setting, Energy and Climate Action) in Altona North is seeking a meticulous Purchasing and Accounts Payable Officer.
You will process invoices, manage purchase orders and maintain financial records to support fleet, inventory and emergency management operations across Victoria.
You will work with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate records, timely payments, and compliance with policy, while leveraging Oracle and other ERP tools in a hybrid work setting.
