The Opportunity

Our client's Business Services team works with SMEs, family businesses and multi-generational clients, many of whom have been with the firm for years. This is relationship-led service delivery: knowing the client, their business and their history matters as much as technical strength.

You'll lead a varied client portfolio, acting as trusted adviser as needs change over time. You'll work closely with Partners on strategic matters, deliver high-quality compliance and advisory work, and lead within the team: developing staff, managing workflow, and contributing to robust financial outcomes.

What You'll Bring

An experienced Chartered Accountant who enjoys building long-standing client relationships and leading people. You're comfortable managing complex portfolios, job budgets and productivity, and delivering both compliance and advisory work to a high standard. You communicate clearly, collaborate naturally,



and bring a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
