About the Role:
As a Senior Lawyer, your role will include:
- Leading and managing complex domestic and cross-border M&A; transactions.
- Advising clients on deal structures, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and risk mitigation.
- Negotiating and drafting transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and shareholder agreements.
- Providing strategic advice to clients on corporate governance and restructuring matters.
- Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers, contributing to their development and the team’s success.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support business development efforts.

About You:
- Extensive Experience : Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification experience in M&A; or corporate law, ideally from a leading firm or in-house legal team.
- Technical Expertise : Proven ability to handle complex transactions from inception to completion.
- Commercial Acumen : A robust understanding of market trends and the ability to deliver commercially sound advice.
- Leadership Skills : Experience mentoring teams and managing client relationships effectively.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for clear, concise, and persuasive advice.
- Qualification : Admission as a lawyer in Australia or New Zealand
