An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Event Coordinator to join one of Australia's premier hospitality companies. The Event Coordinator will play a key role in optimising commercial outcomes for The Fresh Collective in Brisbane.

Reporting to the Event Manager – QLD, the Event Coordinator will participate in event coordination for The Fresh Collective in an offsite capacity and across multiple venues within the Queensland portfolio.

About the role

n

n
- Tuesday to Saturday schedule
n
- Work effectively with the Events team and collaboratively with the Sales and Event Operations teams to ensure a high level of performance and achieve budgeted results
n
- Coordinate event requirements,



and manage event orders and supporting event documentation to client and company satisfaction
n
- Ensure event information, budgets, and operational changes are communicated effectively to all internal departments and clients
n
- Conduct proactive post-event follow-ups, gather client feedback, and update systems (Momentus Elite) to drive repeat business
n

About you

n

n
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar event coordination role is required
n
- Proven experience managing corporate, wedding, and social events within catering, hospitality groups, or function venues is highly regarded
n
- Tertiary qualification is preferred
n
- Looking for a minimum 2-year commitment to grow with the business
n
- Excellent relationship, interpersonal, and client management skills
n
- Strong administration and task-management skills
n
- A passion for food, excellent guest service, and hospitality
n
- A positive, self-starter with a can-do attitude who is comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic workplace

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
