Macquarie University Hospital is seeking an experienced perioperative leader to take operational ownership of the TOI theatre complex at North Ryde. As TOI Theatre Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day and fiscal coordination, optimise theatre utilisation, manage staffing and resolve operational issues alongside surgeons and anaesthetists.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure compliance with NSW Health and ACORN standards, and drive quality improvement across the unit.
