The Role

Key Duties

- Evaluate students' skills tocreate a adaptable, individualised curriculuminEnglishthat addresses their specific needs andgoals.

- Implement learning programsbased on research into how students learn, using formativeassessment techniques to adjust instruction and enhanceengagement and understanding.

- Continuously refine teachingstrategies and activities using student feedback and assessmentdata to improve lesson plans anddelivery.

- Developstudent-centredactivities that promote exploration andinnovation in product design, encouraging practical applicationof theoretical knowledge.

- Sethighexpectationsto create a safe,



inclusive, and supportiveclassroom culture, fostering creativity andproblem-solving.

Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated experience inteachingVCEEnglish at Secondary yearlevels.
