Moray & Agnew is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its Life Insurance litigation practice.
The role offers flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia, with a focus on disputes involving income protection, TPD and critical illness.
You will take instructions, draft pleadings, liaise with clients and insurers, negotiate outcomes and manage all stages of litigation.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PAE in defendant life insurance litigation,
