As a Workplace Relations and Ethics Senior Manager, you’ll play a vital role in protecting out people, culture and reputation by providing trusted advice and leading the resolution of complex and sensitive workplace matters. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and teams across the firm to ensure fair, ethical, and well-informed outcomes.

What you’ll do:
- Lead complex workplace investigations from initial assessment through to outcome.
- Provide trusted advice on workplace relations, conduct, ethics and employee matters to senior leaders.
- Analyse complex evidence, including digital data, communications, and other forensic material, to establish facts and inform outcomes.
- Coach and support the broader Workplace Relations and Ethics team.
What we’re looking for:
Core Skills
- Extensive experience leading complex end to tend workplace investigations
- Strong capability in forensic investigation and evidence analysis.
- Proven ability to assess risk, exercise sound judgement and provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Strong capability in stakeholder management,
communication with the ability to navigate sensitive and highly confidential matters.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in professional services, legal regulatory or other complex corporate environments.
- Relevant qualifications in workplace relations, investigations, law, HR or related discipline.

This role is being offered as a 12-month max term contract.
