Sofitel Brisbane Central in Brisbane city centre seeks a Food and Beverage Manager - Outlets to lead daily F&B; operations for multiple outlets. You will partner with senior leadership to drive revenue, control costs and uphold Sofitel standards, while developing outlet managers and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and KPI analysis, and implement menu strategies to optimise profitability, labour efficiency and guest satisfaction.
