Financial Controller | Brisbane QLD | Full Time | FMCG / Manufacturing

ABOUT THE PROSPECT:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join an established organisation within the FMCG and manufacturing sector.

The role will play a key part in ensuring strong financial governance while providing meaningful commercial insights to support business performance and growth.

THE ROLE:

- Oversee financial accounting, management reporting and statutory reporting requirements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Oversee inventory accounting, product costing and cost control across the business.
- Monitor financial performance, margins, working capital and key business drivers.
- Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring a high standard of financial reporting and compliance.

ABOUT YOU:

- CA/CPA qualification,



or equivalent.
- At least 7 years' experience across financial accounting, commercial finance or financial control.
- Strong knowledge of month-end, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- FMCG, manufacturing, food, retail or supply chain experience highly regarded.
