What you'll be doing:

- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Digital leaders to influence decisions and support delivery of key strategic initiatives
- Build financial models, business cases and scenario analysis that bring commercial initiatives and investment decisions to life
- Turn performance data into explicit stories for weekly performance reviews, monthly board reporting and executive discussions
- Support budgeting and forecasting across cost drivers and revenue lines for Australia and New Zealand, with real accountability for accuracy and outcomes
- Identify key drivers, trends and opportunities, then translate them into practical actions that move the business forward




- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and systems, helping the team work smarter and access sharper insight

What we're looking for:

- CA or CPA qualification
- Big 4 Deals or Advisory background, or experience as a Commercial Finance, FP&A; or Finance Business Partner in a large, complex organisation
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capability
- The confidence to engage and influence senior leaders with both strategic thinking and detailed analysis
- Proactive, hands-on approach with curiosity about how the wider business operates
- Experience in a scaled, multi-function environment is essential
