Working as part of an expert multidisciplinary Tracheostomy Management Service (TMS) and the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital Speech Pathology Department, you will provide specialist clinical leadership and high-level decision making to support patients with complex swallowing, communication, and tracheostomy management needs.You will play a key role in driving evidence-based practice, service improvement, education, and research initiatives while providing strategic direction to support consistent, coordinated tracheostomy care. Through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to improved patient outcomes, enhanced patient experiences, and sustainable service delivery across the hospital.**About you**Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:* Provide advanced speech pathology assessment, intervention,
