- • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities from market engagement through to contract execution

- • Develop and execute negotiation strategies that deliver commercial value and business outcomes

- • Build stakeholder relationships, understand business needs and provide trusted procurement advice

- • Manage supplier and contractual relationships to ensure governance and performance outcomes
n
- • Identify opportunities to improve value, manage risk and drive continuous improvement
n
- • Apply market insights, supplier intelligence and commercial analysis to support decision-making
n
- • Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk and specialist teams to ensure compliant and effective procurement outcomes

- • Contribute to procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

- Significant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or commercial management

- Strong negotiation and contracting capability

- Experience leading complex sourcing projects and commercial initiatives

- Well-developed stakeholder management and influencing skills
