Job Description

We're partnering with a well-established international freight forwarder looking for a confident and capable Operations Manager to take the reins of their Transport and Import/Export operations. What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead and restructure transport and import operations, shifting the team from reactive to proactive performance
n
- Establish meaningful KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure consistent service excellence
n
- Implement system-driven efficiencies using CW1 working cross-functionally across departments
n
- Resolve operational issues swiftly while balancing the needs of customers, staff, and the wider business
n
- Review SOPs, staffing levels, warehouse processes, and implement improvements across the board
n

What You'll Bring:

- Strong experience in transport and import sea operations
n
- Proven success in managing and developing offshore teams
n
- High-level proficiency with CW1
n
- A dependable, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead from the front
n
- Must be available to work full time from the office in Tullamarine
n
