This is an exciting launch opportunity, in a highly specialised disease state that will keep you engaged, motivated and having highly clinical conversations with a variety of key stakeholders on the patient journey.
The Role
- Full time, permanent role, across NSW North
- Rare diseases portfolio, respiratory and rheumatology, very targeted group of specialists and MDTs across hospital accounts
- Primarily responsible for the attainment of sales targets of market leading established products through promotional activities and effective management of KOLs
- Work with a small national team in the state, take total accountability for NSW North
- Work closely with multiple disciplinary teams within the hospital setting, navigating and influencing key decision makers
- Develop and execute hospital account plans, working across both the public and private hospital system
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service to key customer groups in public and private practice.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced pharmaceutical Hospital Specialist Representative or KAM, having worked within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong record of success with good stable tenure and achievements
- Experience working in highly specialised markets with a multi-disciplinary team focus would be an advantage, respiratory or rheum experience well regarded
- Have high integrity, be accountable for your performance and motivated by the success of the team as much as your own results
- Tertiary qualifications are essential, this is highly complex disease state
- Strong commercial acumen and territory management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply complex clinical, product and disease-state knowledge.
