Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) in Victoria is seeking an Operational Training Standards and Assurance Manager to lead the technical training system, including frameworks, standards and endorsement rules, within the five-year Operational Training Roadmap. This role will own the training frameworks and currency rules to build a capable training workforce.

The position focuses on implementing the OTR, shaping the trainer/assessor workforce model, and ensuring calibration and assurance
