Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant (ICCAPP) to lead integrated chronic care for Aboriginal people across the Mehi area. You will provide high-level clinical expertise, guidance and consultancy to improve access to culturally appropriate chronic care services.

The role requires RN registration, postgraduate qualification, and solid leadership and partnership skills with Aboriginal health services and other health partners.
