- Lead and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within the wing
- Assess, plan and implement individualised care plans
- Manage medications and wound care in line with best practices
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelines
- Collaborate with allied health professionals and families to provide holistic care
- Support continuous improvement and quality assurance programs
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to aged-care residents
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Nursing completed qualification
- Current National Police Check
- Valid national police check and pre-employment medical assessment
- Solid clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to compassionate and person-centered care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 7 night shifts per fortnight, including weekends
