Job Description
Our client is a large Australian Property Business based in Sydney who are looking to hire a Property Administrator to join their team. Property experience would be highly regarded, although attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn are equally important. The successful candidate will be expected to provide a high level of customer service, assist with day‐to‐day building operations, coordinate maintenance requests, liaise with contractors, support tenant communications and ensure administrative processes are managed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Maintain a consistently professional, courteous and responsive customer service standard for all property stakeholders.
n
Provide reliable administrative support to the Group Property Manager and Operations Manager, including follow-up, record keeping, document coordination and stakeholder communication.
n
Support WHS, emergency management and contractor compliance processes by maintaining documents, registers, induction records and training coordination.
n
Ensure information is captured accurately and filed so that tenant, contractor, property, accounts and incident records remain easy to locate and audit.
n
Assist in the coordination and administration of property operations to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and high tenant satisfaction.
n
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance, financial, leasing, and operational requirements. Support delivery of property projects, tenant fit‐outs, capital works, and maintenance programs.

Key Skills:
n
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data entry
n
Competent in Excel and Word
n
Demonstrated proficiency in, or willingness to adopt, AI tools to automate repetitive administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency
n
Understanding of WHS Legislation and compliance requirements
n
Yardi Property Management Software package (or similar platform)
n
Integrity Security software
n
Managing difficult or demanding interactions with tenants and visitors in a qualified and composed manner
n
Working independently and exercising sound judgement with limited supervision
