You will be the key contact for customers, explaining servicing options and updates while coordinating with the workshop to ensure timely vehicle readiness. You’ll deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy, retail workplace.
Training is provided through our Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses. The role may include weekend shifts to support service levels.
