An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a leading Sydney-based mechanical contractor delivering high-quality commercial HVAC projects across the Sydney market.

You'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of refurb and fit-out projects up to circa $2.5M, working closely with clients, consultants, builders, subcontractors and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on project management role suited to someone who thrives in a quick-paced construction environment and understands what it takes to successfully deliver mechanical services projects

As a HVAC Project Manager you will be:

- Taking full responsibility for project programs, budgets, quality, safety and client outcomes
- Leading projects valued up to $2.5M
- Coordinating with builders,



consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Managing procurement, subcontractor engagement and project resources
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, scope and project documentation
- Monitoring project financial performance, forecasting and cost control
- Leading project meetings and provide clear reporting to stakeholders
- Working closely with site teams, engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth delivery

For this role salary is circa $140-160K plus vehicle and super. There are opportunities for growth and progression within the business for those who want to further their career.
