You will own estimating and preconstruction across a pipeline of medium-rise residential and mixed-use projects, working closely with the Director in a team-oriented environment.
The role requires strong experience in builder/developer settings, exposure to Class 2 residential or mixed-use schemes, and a sharp commercial acumen.
