Job Description

n

n
- Supporting team leadership in NSW advisory, providing technical consulting and advisory knowledge and provide support to our multi-disciplinary team.
n
- Being accountable and responsible for building, maintaining, and winning a pipeline of planned advisory and consulting services to both new, and existing Turner & Townsend clients
n
- Acting as day-to-day management consultant, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
n
- Producing clear, concise, and persuasive client-facing reports or deliverables in various formats that deliver to client expectations and demonstrate value.
n
- Supporting in management and build up of advisory/consulting team both in NSW and Australia/New Zealand.
n

In addition to these primary activities, you will be in charge of the following activities:

n

n
- Provide complementary services to Turner & Townsends propositions such as commercial and procurement management, project management, cost management, contract services and program management.
n
- Proven ability to lead complex organisational transformations, leveraging strategic vision, change management and stakeholder engagements to drive successful outcomes.
n
- Deploying a variety of techniques to deliver improvements to client operations that include,



but are not limited to, process re-engineering, visual analytics, organisational change, stakeholder management implementation and beyond.
n
- The development of key client data insight and visualisation reports used to drive enhanced performance and management.
n
- The development of program/ portfolio management systems used to improve delivery reporting and assure our clients investments are effectively and efficiently controlled.
n
- To support the development of consulting and advisory sales opportunities with current or existing clients and convert successfully through high quality bid writing and propositions.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- A minimum of 9+ years consulting and advisory experience
n
- A university degree in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business or Economics
n
- Experience in delivering capital projects, programs and/or portfolios
n
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary consultancy team environment and individually
n
- Client-focused and service-oriented
n
- Great communication skills, team player
n
- Excellent organisational skills
n
- Previous experience working for a consultancy organisation
n
- Professional accreditation desirable i.e. PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
n
