Theposition:

- Evaluate students' skills to create a flexible, individualised curriculum in Psychology that addresses their specific needs andgoals.
n
- Implement learning programs based on research into how students learn, using formative assessment techniques to adjust instruction and enhanceengagement and understanding.
n
- Continuously refine teachingstrategies and activities using student feedback and assessmentdata to improve lesson plans anddelivery.
n
- Developstudent-centredactivities that promote exploration andinnovation in product design, encouraging practical applicationof theoretical knowledge.
n
- Sethighexpectationsto create a protected, inclusive,
and supportiveclassroom culture, fostering creativity andproblem-solving.

Skills andExperience:
n

- Demonstrated experience inteachingVCEPsychology at Secondary yearlevels.
n
- Genuine enthusiasm for teachingand commitment to students' academic and personalgrowth
n
- Goodcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytoexplain complex designconceptseffectivelyand engagewith students,colleagues, and parents.
n
- Committed to ongoingprofessional development, keeping up-to-date with currenttrends in Psychology, and maintaining a proactiveattitude.

- Holds a Teaching Qualificationand specialised qualifications in Psychology or relatedfields.
