Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) in Australia is seeking a Change & Engagement Partner to ensure organisational change is delivered, understood, adopted and sustained. You will lead change management across enterprise projects and strategic initiatives, working with leaders, project teams and stakeholders to build readiness and manage people impacts.
The role involves developing engagement, communication and training plans, coaching executives and sponsors, and embedding change
