We’re seeking a Manufacturing Shift Manager to own day shift operations across high-speed production lines, leading frontline leaders and operators who care about quality as much as safety.
This hands-on role demands LEAN thinking, GEMBA safety, and overseeing SOP/QA/QC, with experience in HACCP, GMP and FSSC 22000.
