Your Reformer is seeking a dedicated Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own the customer journey from first interaction to advocacy. You will design automated journeys across email and SMS/MMS in HubSpot, build tailored experiences for equipment purchasers and education product customers, and collaborate with the DTC team to keep communications cohesive and data-driven.

You’ll use AI tools to speed up copy development, subject testing and segmentation analysis, while maintaining a solid brand
