About the role:n

You will join a highly regarded litigation team working across complex class actions and major commercial disputes. Your matters will include:

n

n
- Shareholder class actions.
n
- Consumer class actions.
n
- Product liability class actions
n
- Large-scale representative proceedings in the Federal Court and state Supreme Courts.
n




- Cross-border and international disputes involving clients across Asia, the UK and Europe
n
- Drafting court documents, affidavits and evidence.
n
- Assisting with preparation for hearings and trials.
n

The ideal candidate:n

Have 2–4 years’ PQE in litigation/dispute resolution.

n

n
- Class actions or complex commercial litigation experience highly regarded.
n
- Having Federal Court or superior state court experience will be highly advantageous.
n
- Strong drafting, research and technical legal skills.
n
- Experience preparing court documents, affidavits and evidence.
n
- Exposure to discovery in complex litigation matters.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
