Job Description

Saab Australia is seeking a Program Performance Manager to establish, implement and manage the CSI-IPT Enterprise Performance Management Framework, delivering timely insights into program and organisational performance. The role includes developing dashboards and governance processes, supporting senior leaders, and driving continuous improvement across the CSI-IPT within Defence projects.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in similar Defence roles, a relevant degree, and PMO/governance
