Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to combine FP&A; leadership, business partnering, process improvement, and finance transformation within a large and complex organisation. You'll play a key role in stabilising the finance team, driving operational improvements, and ensuring continuity across both FP&A; and Financial Control activities.

The Opportunity
n
Reporting into the Head of Finance and working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you will provide hands‐on support across planning, reporting, forecasting, financial control, and transformation initiatives.
n
This role has been created to strengthen the finance function during a period of change and requires someone who can quickly establish credibility, manage stakeholders effectively, and add value from day one.

Key Responsibilities
n
FP&A; & Commercial Finance
n
n
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
n
- Deliver business performance reporting and financial insights
n
- Support month-end deliverables and management reporting
n
- Partner with business leaders to support commercial decision‐making
n
- Provide analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders
n
n
Finance Transformation & Process Improvement
n
n
- Review and assess existing finance processes
n
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
n
- Enhance reporting, automation and finance workflows
n
- Support broader transformation projects across the finance function
n
n
Financial Control & Leadership Support
n
n
- Work across both FP&A; and Financial Control functions
n
- Collaborate closely with finance leadership and operational stakeholders
n
- Provide additional capability and succession coverage where required
n
- Support continuity through a key business period and leadership transition
n
n
About You
n
You are a hands‐on finance professional who thrives in fast‐paced, complex environments and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with execution.
n
You will bring:
n
n
- Significant FP&A; experience within a large or complex organisation
n
- Demonstrated experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes
n
- Robust stakeholder management and business partnering skills
n
- Previous leadership or people management experience
n
- Experience driving finance transformation or process improvement initiatives
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and operate autonomously
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
- Exposure to both FP&A; and Financial Control functions
n
- Multi‐entity or multinational experience
n
n
