Your Day to Day

n

n
- Drafting and negotiating commercial, retail and industrial lease documentation
n
- Managing lease renewals, variations and surrenders
n
- Preparing disclosure statements and coordinating execution of documents
n
- Liaising with clients, agents, landlords, tenants and external stakeholders
n
- Attending to pre and post completion tasks, including stamping and registration
n
- Maintaining accurate matter files, records and lease databases
n




- Providing high-level Paralegal support across the Property team
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- At least 2–3 years' experience as a Leasing Paralegal or Property Legal Assistant
n
- Strong understanding of Queensland leasing legislation and processes
n
- Confidence drafting and managing lease documentation end to end
n
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management
n
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
n
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
n
