About the role

n

Ability Action Australia is growing and we're looking for a proactive, people-focused individual to join our Concierge Team.

n

You'll take ownership of referrals, helping participants move forward with confidence and connect with the right support, sooner.

n

This is an office-based role in Campbelltown where being responsive, organised, and outcome-focused makes a real impact.

n

What you'll be doing

n

You'll be the first point of contact for participants, guiding them from referral through to booking and ensuring they have continued support.

n

Key parts of the role include:

- Reaching out early via phone, SMS, and email
n
- Guiding conversations toward an appointment in a supportive way
n
- Following up to gather information and keep momentum
n
- Managing referrals, updates, and bookings in systems
n
- Coordinating with clinicians to prioritise appointments
n
